Resepi : Kek Milo Kukus dengan Milo Ganache

hai korang. pepetang yang hujan dan sejuk dingin ni mesti nak cari makanan sebagai kudap-kudapan.
hehe. so apa kata korang try resepi yang mudah tapi sedap ni.



Bahan-bahan:

• tepung - 2 cawan
• gula - 1 cawan
• susu pekat manis - 1 cawan
• milo - 2 1/2 cawan (aku tambah serbuk koko sikit heheh)
• telur - 4 biji
• minyak masak - 1 cawan
• air panas - 1 cawan

Cara-cara:

• masukkan semua bahan kedalam mangkuk besar.
• Telur bubuh last sekali kalau taknak tepung berketul-ketul. Telur pukul sampai kembang dulu pastu masukkan sikit-sikit dalam adunan yang dah sebati. Esen vanila sedikit supaya tak hanyir.
• kacau guna sudip ye. takpayah gigih guna mesin bagai.
• kacau sampai sebati takpayah lama-lama sangat 5 minit cukup.
• dah boleh kukus. lebih kurang 40-45 minit.
• milo ganache tu milo + susu pekat manis guna kaedah double boiler biar sampai cair.

p/s: siapa yang suka manis boleh tambah sukatan susu atau gula sebab kek ni tak manis sangat pun. biasa-biasa je. gambar takde sebab lepas siap masak terus ngapp ! hehe

a journey to success

assalamualaikum w.b.t.



         i try to spend some of my time to write on my blog but actually i do not have any idea about what i am going to write. currently, i am busy with all of my kerja kursus. hey, i'm already in the second semester guys. i just can't believe this. that's why i am a bit busy these days. this second semester is quite tough which i have three kerja kursus for the subjects pengajian am, sejarah and bahasa melayu. we are suppose to finish this kerja kursus in march and doing the presentation in april while the exam is in may. how can i manage my time doing the assignments, kerja kursus and studying at the same time? you can do it, believe me. pre-university is a good option to further your study actually. however, it need strength and faith. believe in yourself and you will be okay. as a saying goes "when there is a will, there is a way".



p/s: grown up dude. you have to be matured. in every way. your thinking. your behaviour. your style. it's like build a new you. :-p
